I recently visited this restaurant and found the food quality to be very good. The mutton chops are a must-try – perfectly cooked and full of flavor. The rice quantity is generous, making it a satisfying option for a complete meal. While the dining experience was overall good in terms of taste and service, I was not very impressed with the ambience and hygiene conditions. The place definitely needs improvement in maintaining cleanliness and creating a more pleasant dining atmosphere. If you’re visiting purely for the taste and portion size, it’s worth trying. But for those who value ambience and hygiene equally, there’s scope for improvement.

You are at Kolhapur and you didn’t have Tambada pandhara ( Authentic Kolhapuri curries) then you are not at Kolhapur. We visited here as suggested by my brother in law. We ordered one veg thali, 3 chicken thali, 1 special chicken thali and 1 special mutton thali( which was mine since I loved the mutton over chicken ). First the veg one came with paneer angara, chole, dal, chapatis and Shrikhanda. Paneer was extremely soft and tasty. And the shrikhand was so awesome that we took it to have it in journey too. So for the veg thali I will rate it as 10/10. So if you are veg lover and think Kolhapur is for nonveg only so No, try this out. This thali already lifted our expectations about non veg Thalis. And bhaaaavaaaaaa, finally it came , we tasted, and thali wins the heart of ours. Thali comes with tha unlimited tambada pandhara, mutton/chicken sukkha, mutton/chicken curry, special thali includes Mutton kheema which was fantastic too. I also like to give this non veg thali 10/10. What they can improve is service and little bit of atmosphere. Lastly we meet the restaurant owner, the lady at late 60s personally monitoring over the order. Thank you so much for such a lovely food.

The overall taste is good, and the dishes have a nice Kolhapuri touch. Both the Tambda Rassa and Pandhra Rassa are very flavorful and enjoyable. I tried the Mutton Thali, and while everything else was tasty, the mutton masala didn’t fully meet the authentic Kolhapuri taste I was expecting. With a bit more refinement in the masala, the thali could be perfect. .
